    This is a 1944 Twenty-five (25) Centimes Belgian coin that was issued during the Occupation during World War II featuring the Lion in Shields and Crowned Ls and Value on Reverse w/Center Hole. I have not graded this coin as I am not a professional coin grader so I ask that you make your own judgment based on the photos that are provided. Note: the coin has a darker cast and has started to show some degradation due to the inferior metal used in minting. The coin is made of zinc and is larger than a U.S. Quarter at approximately 1.0 inch in diameter.
