HRB provides a 3-month warranty period. The after-sales is as follows;
1 The free has: if the battery has any quality problems within one month from the date of order placement. The buyer need to provideinspection pictures. Once confirmed we will arrange a free return.
2 1-3 months: if the battery has any quality problems , the buyer need to provide inspection pictures. Once confirmed we will arrange new battery to buyer. The buyer bear the freight.
3 Not included due to customer reasons. For example: excessive charging/discharging, the battery is subject to violent impact, the battery is pierced by a hard object during use, etc.
