    Q: Will you double box my item?
    A: Since theses, arcade cabinets ship directly from our suppliers we really don’t have any control over rather they double box your item or not. This may only be a concern to international buyers. Some suppliers double box but most just ship them as is the way Arcade1UP supplies them. This method of shipping allows us to keep extra shipping costs at a minimal making our listing for Arcade1UP products low as possible.  I will say that Arcade1UP has improved its packaging for the newer model cabinets.
    Q:
    What would happen if my item got damaged in transit?
    A: For buyers here in the U.S. if the shipping carrier damaged your packaging resulting in damage to your arcade we would issue you a /exchange.
    A: For international buyers since we use the global shipping program (GSP) if the shipping carrier damages your order in transit we would have to file a claim with GSP center showing proof of evidence that the item was indeed damaged in shipment. Only then will GPS consider issuing you a full . More information on steps for filing below. Always first for an issue regarding your order.
    Follow these steps to file item arrived damaged with eBay
    1. Go to My eBay/Purchase History
    2. Locate the item that arrived damaged (TMNT Arcade Cabinet)
    3. On the right-hand side of screen select "More Actions"
    4. Select "Return This Item"
    5. In response to the "Why do you want to return this item?" question, select "Arrived Damaged"
    6. In the text box labeled "Add Details(Required)": Be sure to mention package was shipped via eBay's Global
    Shipping Program (GSP) and though packaged appropriately, item arrived damaged/broken
    7. In the "Add Photos" section, please add up to 10 photos of the damaged item/packaging: Note the images are already added where great if you can please add photos of the outside shipping packaging and outside item packaging that would be great and speed up eBay's review process. The more the better.
    8. At the bottom of the screen click "Request a Return"
    Finally, eBay's Customer Service department will review the Return Request and if the claim is approved, you will receive a full for the cost of the item and shipping to your PayPal account.     A: No, we don't sell the cabinets in parts, but If any issues did occur we would hope we could work together to resolve the issue because we want you to be 100 % satisfied with your transaction.
    Q: Will you be selling this arcade and that arcade cabinet?
    A: We sell a variation of Arcade1UP cabinets. Check out our store for listings. We’ve been having issues with our listing coming up on eBays international websites. We are working on this problem if there is a certain Arcade machine you want just message us and ask if we have it available.
    Q: If I
    buy more than one cabinet will you give me a discount?
    A: Sure depends on the cabinets you buy message us for details.
    Q: Are cabinets  220v compatible? Does it come with a European or (insert your country)  plug?
    A: No Arcade1UP cabinets are made for the North America market so we cannot that they will work elsewhere unless otherwise stated.
    Q: will the box art remain intact?
    A: Probably not. We asked a recent customer this question and here what we got back:
    Everything came in flawless condition and works fine Customs opened the box and put tape all around it, so the box art was damaged. I don’t care about the box, so there is no problem for me,
    Someone else might prefer an extra box to save the boxart.
    Q: How much to ship to my country?
    A: eBay handles all import duties and shipping prices outside the US, but you can get an idea by using an incognito/private window. Go to eBay and search the item and click add to cart. Then proceed to change the country in the Shipping & Payments tab to For example Australia to see the shipping and import charges.
