    The rules herein set forth will govern the employees of the Boston Terminal Company, of the Boston & Albany Railroad (New York Central Railroad Co., Lessee), the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad Company, the Union Freight Railroad Company, and other companies, while upon the territory of the Boston Terminal Company.
    No employee engaged in train or yard service will be allowed to operate in Terminal unless holding a certificate of qualification on rules and signals.
    Special instructions may be issued by proper authority.
    The territory of the Boston Terminal Company includes the Terminal Station and adjoining buildings, and all tracks extending from the Passenger Station to the Terminal Yard Limit connecting with the Boston & Albany Railroad and the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad.
