Ceremonial Fraternal Organization Dress Sword & Scabbard - Named

This ceremonial dress sword is in decent shape with some signs of age and wear, the handle fittings are still fairly snug but the handle wrap material does seem to have dried shrunk and split over time. The blade is fairly clear but does have several areas of smudging or wear in the top finish but didn't notice any areas of oxidation or bubbling, sword is also named on the blade and there is a clear maker mark out of Philadelphia, PA.
