Monday-Friday in-stock orders are shipped the same or next business day within 24 hours of your order being placed, with cleared payment. US orders (48 states only) are generally shipped with USPS, but may also be shipped with UPS. Shipping prices (include free shipping items) are not valid to AK PR GU VI AS MH PW MP and HI, please contact us for shipping price. All items will be shipped to original order address (PayPal shipping address) no address change will be made. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes on some of our items.

We use UPS and USPS to ship orders. We send our customers an email with the tracking number for the order. If you did not receive a tracking number by email or need to confirm the tracking information.

International orders are shipped ship through USPS International Priority and after a 24 to 48 hour processing period. Delivery time varies on location, usually 6-10 days. International rates/services vary and are available upon request. We don't ship any forbidden items by (USPS or UPS) internationally. We do not take any international returns. We do not pay for duty, customs fees or taxes on any international items. The shipping cost is for shipping only. Once your order left our facility we are no longer in control of the delivery time of your package.
Returns
At The Wires Zone, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied. If for some reason you aren't happy with an item on your order and want to return it, we make returns and refunds extremely simple.

Any complete, like-new item returned within 30-days of order date can be returned for a refund or replacement. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order. All returned items must include the original packaging and all contents (such as packaging material, adapters, harnesses, and manuals). Any items found to be defective at the time of purchase or damaged during shipping can also be replaced. After 30 days, the manufacturer warranty will apply. If returned items are not in like-new condition, we may refuse a return or charge a higher restocking fee. Items not in like-new condition include, but are not limited to: items missing original item packaging, used items, installed items, abused or physically damaged items, items missing parts, items damaged due to improper return shipping, items with a different serial number or defaced serial number, pre-cut wire.
You are always responsible for the return shipping regardless of the reason for the return.

Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days from receipt. Funds will be returned via the original payment method. We will credit for the item only, shipping fee may be deducted from refunds on items with Free Shipping.

We do accept International Returns but you are responsible for the postage.
