It is the same size, uses the same harness and connectors as your factory radio, creating a totally plug and play installation!

NOTE: The Alpine Factory amplified system with subwoofer will not work with this radio. The factory amplifier is not receiving power from our radio.
NOTE: If you have a factory backup camera that displays in the rearview mirror, that camera will continue to function. If you have a camera that displays on your factory radio, it will not display on the screen

NOTE: Unit easily slides into place in 2013 to 2018 opening. On 2019 there is a metal bar that needs to be cut for the stereo to fit.
This radio does not have an internal satellite radio tuner. In order to listen to satellite radio on our other models, you need to either use an external satellite tuner and plug into the AUX cables in the rear of the radio, or use the Bluetooth streaming feature from a smartphone using the free Sirius/XM app.
This radio is a direct upgrade, and it uses the factory wiring harness
. It is truly plug-and-play. To install, remove the factory radio, and install this one in its place. The fit is perfect, and all the factory wires simply plug into the radio. It also comes with additional wiring harnesses in case you want to add outputs for amplifiers or video screens, as well as input harnesses for DVRs and gaming systems.
This is an unbranded radio that looks 100% factory. The radio is very well integrated with the factory truck wiring. Not only does it connect to all the speakers and the steering wheel controls (if equipped) but it also displays on the touchscreen when the door is opened and when the temperature of fan speed climate control settings are changed.
The center console USB will no longer be an input for the radio, but it will still work as a device charging station. The AUX headphone will still work as an input to the radio, and you can also stream music using Bluetooth.
PLEASE NOTE RESTRICTIONS:

This radio does not support factory amplifier sound system(like Alpine), please
DO NOT
buy this radio if your vehicle comes with Alpine amplifier. But this radio has four channels and a subwoofer RCA audio output ready for any aftermarket amplifier.
2.
This radio does not support the factory back up camera if it displays on the radio, if it displays on the radio. Please buy an aftermarket backup camera instead.
3.
This radio only replaces Uconnect 3.0/RA1 and Uconnect 5.0/RA2
. It will not fit Uconnect 8.0/RA3 and Uconnect 8.4/RA4. (SEE PHOTO)
If your truck is 2019 year model there is a metal frame obstructing the stereo from being fully inserted. So you will need to cut this part as shown to mount the radio. See pics above in gallery. If the truck is the 2013-2018 model year, then this is not a concern.
