    Description

This is a Southern Pacific Company Rules & Regulations of the Transportation Department June 15, 1930. This book was owned by Louis Mccloud (I’m not sure if that is the last name look at picture #3) and he was a Telegrapher. The interesting thing about this book is that he was sent updates of rules over the years and he would glue them over what it was replacing. There are some updates which he never glued over so they are just tucked in the pages. You can tell that the updates had an adhesive on the back where if you wet it on the back it would become sticky and would attach, just like a stamp. (Pics #5 & 6)There is also a piece of Telegraph paper where he drew the signals.(pic #8).
The book is in good condition with coming fading of the front cover but overall a great piece for a train memorabilia collector.
Please look over the pictures and ask questions before bidding. The pictures are a big part of the description.
