Tama Vintage Superstar 24" bass drum - Super Maple - #1

Description

This is a 70s/80s Tama Superstar 24" (X 14" deep) bass drum in Super Maple lacquer finish.  T
here is in good structural condition and has normal cosmetic wear for its age. There are a few marks on the shell but most of the scratches are on the hoops (pictured).  A few of the "T" handles have small spots of pitting.
The batter head is used but still very useable.
All parts (minus the heads) look to be original.
A note about shipping bass drums - Shipping, especially for large boxes, has increased tremendously lately (especially if you are on the west coast -I'm in the east) so Im having to up the flat fee I charge on most bass drums
.   The last 2 bass drum I've shipped to the West Coast have both cost just for shipping cost.  I also pay for a heavy duty NEW box so thats around 0 total cost.  Plus ebay charges fees not just on the item, but on the shipping total as well (I know....)
PS- I always remove hoops when shipping.   This keeps the hoop from breaking from the tension from the claws and also keeps the claws from rubbing back and forth and scratching the hoop if the claws loosen during travel.
I am not out to MAKE money on shipping so if you are fairly close (1-2 zones away), I'll be glad to refund any leftover shipping after Ive packed and printed the label.  i.e-  If I charge and actual shipping is and for materials, I'll refund .  You get the idea.
