Vintage anything 25 years old or older
At first Glance I thought it was military but after research it appears to be a Fraternal  Organization called Woodmen of The World. They are in a camp called W.A. Fraser in Sylvan Beach Texas.  Also information I found of the camps name sake of
W. A. Fraser was elected Sovereign Commander in the teens. In my research it showed he did more things.  In the right hand corner you can see a building say The Warren Co and a building say Phoenix Dairy Company,  The photo is 27 inches long and 7 inches tall.
