Vintage Pennsylvania Railroad Employee’s Rules Handbook Lot Of 12 - 1915-1975. Condition is "Old & Used". 1915 is a Certificate of Membership in the relief fund and regulations, 1955 is General rules, 1962 is Maintenance Instructions, 1962 is Humping Operations X 2, 1963 is Safety Rules, 1968 PENN Central Safety Rules X 2, 1968 PENN Central Safety Rules X 2, 1969 Brake and Train Air Signal Instructions, 1973 Electrical Operating Instructions, and 1975 PENN Central Freight Car Safety Standards. All the booklets are in used condition, therefore there is writing in some and crinkled pages and added or new rules taped in. The certificate in the 1915 is signed by the superintendent of the relief department. 12 booklets total with a lot of Train Worker Employees rules.
