Vtg Tin Litho Child's Math/ABCs School Pencil Holder.  Very unusual; have not seen this before.  Pencil holder is approx 9 in long with a 1.5 in diameter.  Scenes include ABCs, Numbers, a Ruler, etc.  The ovals on the bottom piece show numbers which change when you spin the bottom half.  Very cool! Top scene shows a student at the blackboard doing math.  Shows some scratches, fading, dirt etc.  but I did not feel any dents.  Please see photos.  Selling as is.  Pics do not do this item justice.  this is a gem!
